Fifteenth Street

Renovation of a mixed use property in San Francisco’s Mission district. The façade: Eastlake. The rear: a mass of water damage, plywood siding, and multigenerational porch enclosures. Unsalvageable, this area provided the guilt-free impetus for the twentieth century intervention of a steel and glass window wall. Photos: Dave Lauridsen X
