Four condos near downtown Oakland. This infill project makes the most of a small triangular lot by creating a compact configuration of multi-level units. From a variety of site restrictions come two interlocking forms executed in insulated metal panels and concrete block. Each unit contains a variety of day-lighted volumes and a private outdoor space.
